Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic & International Shipping Rates

  • Asia/Southeast Asia: Free shipping on orders over $60.00. Otherwise, a flat rate of $9.00 applies.

  • International (US, CA, AU, UK, etc.): A flat rate of $20.00 applies to all orders.

  • Nordic Countries (SE, DK, FI, NO, IS): A flat rate of $25.00 applies.

Estimated Delivery Time Standard international shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your location.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Kailash Auras is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Origin Our unique heritage items are shipped directly from our studios in Lhasa (Tibet) or Xichang (Sichuan), China.
