1. Can VILAMA TANG be shipped to my country?
Due to shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions.

2. How much is the shipping fee?
For products priced under $150, you will need to pay an $18 shipping fee.
3. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)
Processing time:
2-5 business days
Standard shipping time:
10-20 business days for shipping and customs issues.
Orders shipped to South America and the Russian Federation may take months to be delivered.

5. What if the package is not received?

Your order will be delivered to a monitoring center in Shanghai. The second stage of logistics will deliver the package from Shanghai to you.

After passing all necessary quality checks, we will promptly ship the package to your specified location.
You will receive two emails, informing you of the progress of these two stages.
About the Monitoring Center
We will conduct strict tests on key aspects, including packaging and the main product, to ensure you receive our highest quality products and services.
Specifically, we will use professional powder-free disposable nitrile gloves for quality checks to guarantee product quality.
