Refund & Returns Policy
At Vilama Tang, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique crystal treasures.
1. 14-Day Return Window We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Return & Shipping Fees
Customer Remorse: For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs from our China factory.
Restocking Fee: For returns requested after the initial 14-day window but within 30 days, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
3. 30-Day Quality Guarantee If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days. We will cover the cost of repair or replacement, including reshipping fees.
4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
